  • Non-prescription eyewear: Ships within [1–5 business days]

  • Prescription or custom lenses: Ships within [3–7 business days], depending on your lens type and prescription requirements
    (We will notify you if your lenses require additional time.)

Orders are not processed or shipped on sundays or national holidays.

All eyewear is shipped in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
