What brands do you carry? At the moment we carry our own CityStyle & Cafr brand, along with authentic Cartier and custom glasses made based on the most luxurious glasses on the market.

Are your products authentic? We offer authentic registered glasses along with original quality glasses that matches the authentic specifications.

Where are you located? We are located in 25820 Southfield Road (Michigan), Unit #LL3. You can shop in our website knowing that the business is backed up by a physical store, there is no drop shipping involved in our market.

What are your store hours? Monday to Saturday, 12 to 6PM

Do you offer personal styling advice? Absolutely, our team has more than a decade in the luxury eyewear business and can help you find the perfect pair for your face shape and style, always fitting your needs, with customization and prescription if needed.

 

Product Specific Questions:

Do you offer prescription lenses? Yes, and we specialize on putting prescriptions into rimless frames when other boutiques thinks it not possible. You can check with our support team and we’ll guide you through the process and tell you what’s really possible and what’s not.

What lens options are available? You can check our lens department here for more info on lens customization.

What are the metals and gemstones used in your jewelry? We offer a great variety of metals (stainless steel, gold plated, platinum, rose gold plated) and gemstones (Cubic Zirconia diamonds, Moissanite diamonds, Genuine diamonds), all to fit everyone’s style and budget.

How should I care for my luxury eyewear and jewelry? We are going to publish a blog post on how to take care of your eyewear and jewelry, keep checking our media for updates.

Do you offer custom designs for eyewear or jewelry? Yes, this is one of our expertise and special features, you will have total customization for eyewear and jewelry, ranging from materials, shapes, cuts, engravings and more. Check our lens department here for more info on lens customization. You can contact us to check how to personalize your jewelry, we’ll have a website section for that coming soon.

What´s the difference between Cartier Authentic Registered and Original Quality? The Cartier eyewear labeled as Registered, Authentic Registered or Registered Authentic are our available Cartier glasses that are certified and serial-checked with Cartier, completely official authentic registered Cartier eyewear. On the other hand, our Original Quality glasses are the ones that we offer at a lower price whose craftsmanship matches up with Cartier glasses, same materials and quality.

 

Appointments and Services Questions:

Do I need an appointment to visit your store? You can book an in-store appointment here and check our availability. Nonetheless, if you are near the area and want to check out our products or bring a pair to be fixed, you can contact us at +1 248 924 9641, if we have the availability we could take your request immediately and book you in.

Do you offer virtual appointments? Yes, we offer virtual consultations, you can contact us via email, chat or a call (contact information at the end of the page) and and we will book you for a virtual appointment (website booking for virtual appointments coming soon).

Do you offer private shopping appointments? Yes, you can contact us and we’ll give you more information about private consultations.

Do you offer eyewear adjustments and repairs? Yes, we offer repair services and adjustments. You can start a chat with us via inbox or email and after some pictures you send us we’ll give you an estimate on your repair. In case we can’t give an estimate over pictures, we’ll ask you to come to our store so we can give you a better estimate.

Do you offer jewelry cleaning and repair services? Yes, just like with eyewear we offer repair services and adjustments. You can start a chat with us via inbox or email and after some pictures you send us we’ll give you an estimate on your repair.

 

Ordering and Shipping Questions:

What payment methods do you accept? You can check all our payment options in our Payment Options page clicking here.

Do you offer financing options? We offer various lease-to-own option, along with health benefits and Flexspend accounts. You check all of them in our Payment Options page clicking here.

What are your shipping options and costs? Do you ship internationally? How long will it take to arrive? Our main shipping is done through USPS, and in some cases FedEx. We offer 2 flat rates for domestic shipping and 2 flat rates for international shipping:

  • Domestic (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: $14.90 (7-10 business days)
    • Rush Shipping $49.90 (1-2 business days)
  • International:
    • Standard International: $49.90 (6-12 business days)
    • Express International: $99.90 (1 to 5 business days)

How will my order be packaged? Your order will be packaged in their corresponding box (CityStyle/Cafr brand or a Cartier Box) wrapped up in bubble-wrap for a safe delivery, all inside the shipping service bag (Usually USPS for domestic, can be FedEx).
